a sale means a permanent low price is paid by the consumer. Vodefone is just delaying the actual costs.Giving a 2 year Delay of the 30€ actual costs to 20€ for some and raising cost to 30€ after 2 years for others to pay for the delayed cost given to new consumers. Vodefone using 10€ difference they can say look! Look! its on Sale.
So its not a sale but a trick used to get more people to subscribe. This should be illegal and is in some countries.
If you bought a sweater from H&M for 20€ but had to pay 10€ to H&M after wearing it for 2 years. So that new customers can get the same item on sale, People would laugh at the ridiculousness of the "sale price" and situation advertised.
So complain to companies like Vodefone and tell them you want to pay a fair price from the start. Not be part of some stylized ponzi scheme.
